Due to the high volume of items coming and going, all sales are considered final. No refunds or returns. Please make sure your package is insured if your desire insurance, we can arrange this (there is a fee) please email me anytime. Info@cierrabreeze.com. If there is damages to your items in transit it is USPS that you need to contact and proceed with.

Shipping

Standard shipping costs is included at check out, we ship to all U.S. locations. We can ship internationally HOWEVER you will need to privately order and pay shipping because there is much more included in international orders. Please email us.
